I am trying to find out what division and infantry my grandfather was in. He's from Meadville Pa and was in the Army Air Force. I have his dog tag. But not much info and where he trained at. Does anyone have any suggestions. thank you for any help.

Hello Christine: Your granfather was not in any U.S. ARMY Division during the WWII if, as you say he was in the Army Airforce. I was wondering if I could ask you about my other grandfather he was in WWII and enlistment place was in erie pa and it says branch immaterial-warrant officers. Where could I find more info on that. thanks. I got through on the website too thanks
