pow information

i need information on the pows of 120/30 b company during wwii in germany my father was one of them but he can not remember what areas they were in. i know the reg. and division are correct but the company maybe different. he said they were 120 of them and when they were finally liberated they were on a box car somewhere in germany and that they wrote pow with toilet paper on the ground so that a plane following them would know. his rank was tech sgt and his name is james w. burchfield. anyone with information can post it here or contact me at 207 totum lane rineyville ky 40162 thank you in advance james r burchfield
